Appendix 1 to Cobuilder Collaborate Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose

These Special Terms and Conditions for Cobuilder App (“App T&C”) apply to customers who use the Cobuilder App. The Cobuilder app provides access to all available product information and documentation for the project. Integrated with Cobuilder Collaborate within the Cobuilder Platform, the App enables users to verify whether a product is registered in a project and add missing products while on the go, ensuring full control over products on the construction site.

Customers accept the App T&C as an inherent part to the Collaborate T&C and in addition to the General T&C.

The App T&C apply to the Customer’s personnel whom the Customer has registered with the Cobuilder Platform with individual accounts (“Registered Users”).

2. Customer Warranties

By accepting the App T&C, the Customer represents and warrants to Cobuilder that Customer’s suppliers (manufacturers, importers and/or distributors), who either directly or via distribution channels deliver product documentation to the Customer through the Cobuilder App, consider it as delivered to the Customer itself. The Cobuilder App thus acts as a receiving point on behalf of the Customer.

3. Ownership Rights

The Customer holds the ownership of all information/data about their own business, and associated data that they themselves have registered and entered in the Cobuilder App.

4. Price for using the Cobuilder App

The prices for use of the Cobuilder App are specified in the price list provided by Cobuilder – https://cobuilder.com/en/cobuilder-collaborate/prices/
