Cobuilder terms of use for non-registered users

1. Scope and Acceptance of Terms

These terms of use apply to individuals (“Non-Registered Users”) who access the Cobuilder App or the Cobuilder web based applications (together referred to as the “Cobuilder Applications”) without a registered account with Cobuilder.

2. Limited License and Permitted Use

Cobuilder grants Non-Registered Users a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and royalty-free license to access and view content within the App and the web page for informational purposes only.

Cobuilder does not bear any responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the data provided to Non-Registered Users.

This license is granted solely for internal use and does not permit:

• Commercial use, resale, or monetization of the Cobuilder Applications’ content.
• Copying, modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works based on the content.
• Automated data scraping, crawling, or extraction from the Cobuilder Applications.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or hacking the Cobuilder Applications.

3. Termination of Access

Cobuilder may suspend or terminate access to the Cobuilder Applications without notice if a Non-Registered User:

• Violates these terms.
• Attempts to exploit the Cobuilder Applications for the unauthorized purposes specified above.
• Engages in activities that disrupt Cobuilder Applications’ functionality.
