Cobuilder Collaborate is a platform for managing product documentation, O&M documentation, and compliance in construction projects. It ensures that documentation is complete, traceable, and compliant throughout the entire project lifecycle.

You can define project-specific requirements, collect and validate documentation from suppliers and subcontractors, manage deviations, handle chemicals and O&M documentation, and export documentation at handover.

Project owners, main contractors, subcontractors, and consultants can use Collaborate. The project owner defines the requirements and invites other stakeholders into the same project structure.

You may be invited to a project by the main contractor, but the invitation only provides access to the project itself — it does not include a licence. A valid licence is required to register and document products.
