One number decides whether your documentation ends up on the right project: the project number.

You send product documentation through Cobuilder Connect, but use an internal or wrong project number. Then Cobuilder Collaborate can’t find the right project, and the documentation doesn’t link.

HERE’S HOW TO DO IT RIGHT

1Get the project number from the contractor  – Ask the customer if it’s a Cobuilder project. If yes, the correct number must be used in the right field. This is where you enter the project number used in Cobuilder Collaborate, not your own customer or order number.

2Enter exactly this number in Cobuilder Connect before sending

3Double-check that the number is correct before you confirm.

Follow these three steps, and the documentation lands on the right project right away.
