Invitation of contributors

Inviting Contributors to a Project in Cobuilder Require
Easily invite team members or external collaborators to contribute to your project in Cobuilder Require.

  • Open the Project:
    Navigate to the project where you want to invite contributors.
  • Go to the Contributors Menu:
    Select Contributors from the side navigation.
  • Choose a Role:
    Two contributor roles are available:

    • Create Information Requirements – can only edit the requirements they create.
    • Manage Information Requirements – can edit all requirements and prerequisites in the project.
      Both roles are limited to the project they’re assigned to.
  • Invite a Contributor:
    Click Invite contributor. Choose to invite:

    • Internal users from your company, or
    • External users and companies.
  • Fill in Details:
    Provide user email or company number, select the assignment type, and optionally leave a comment with instructions.
  • Send Invitation:
    Click Send to dispatch the email invitation.
    If the recipient is not registered in Cobuilder, they’ll need to create an account before accessing the project through their portal.
