Purpose<\/h2>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-5\" style=\"--awb-text-transform:none;\"><p>These Special Terms and Conditions for Cobuilder App (\u201c<strong>App T&amp;C<\/strong>\u201d) apply to customers who use the Cobuilder App. <strong>T<\/strong>he Cobuilder app provides access to all available product information and documentation for the project. Integrated with Cobuilder Collaborate within the Cobuilder Platform, the App enables users to verify whether a product is registered in a project and add missing products while on the go, ensuring full control over products on the construction site.<\/p>\n<p>Customers accept the App T&amp;C as an inherent part to the Collaborate T&amp;C and in addition to the General T&amp;C.<\/p>\n<p>The App T&amp;C apply to the Customer\u2019s personnel whom the Customer has registered with the Cobuilder Platform with individual accounts (\u201c<strong>Registered Users<\/strong>\u201d).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-2 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-flex-column fusion-flex-align-self-flex-start fusion-column-no-min-height\" style=\"--awb-bg-blend:overlay;--awb-bg-size:cover;--awb-width-large:100%;--awb-margin-top-large:0px;--awb-spacing-right-large:1.92%;--awb-margin-bottom-large:0px;--awb-spacing-left-large:1.92%;--awb-width-medium:100%;--awb-spacing-right-medium:1.92%;--awb-spacing-left-medium:1.92%;--awb-width-small:100%;--awb-spacing-right-small:1.92%;--awb-spacing-left-small:1.92%;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-flex-justify-content-flex-start fusion-content-layout-column\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-6\"><h2>2. Customer Warranties<\/h2>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-7\"><p>By accepting the App T&amp;C, the Customer represents and warrants to Cobuilder that Customer\u2019s suppliers (manufacturers, importers and\/or distributors), who either directly or via distribution channels deliver product documentation to the Customer through the Cobuilder App, consider it as delivered to the Customer itself.
