One number decides whether your documentation ends up on the right project: the project number.<\/span><\/h1><\/div>

If the number entered in Cobuilder Connect doesn’t match the project number in Cobuilder Collaborate, the data won’t link to the project. It’s left stranded, never reaching its destination, and has to be tracked down manually.<\/p>\n

1<\/span>Get the project number from the contractor <\/strong> \u2013 Ask the customer if it’s a Cobuilder project. If yes, the correct number must be used in the right field. This is where you enter the project number used in Cobuilder Collaborate, not your own<\/strong> customer or order number.<\/p>\n

2<\/span>Enter exactly this number in Cobuilder Connect<\/strong> before sending<\/p>\n

3<\/span>Double-check that the number is correct<\/strong> before you confirm.<\/p>\n

2<\/span>Share exactly this number with the wholesaler early<\/strong>, at first order.<\/p>\n

3<\/span>Use the same number in all communication<\/strong>, so there’s never any doubt.<\/p>\n

Share the right number from the start, and both you and the wholesaler avoid cleaning up afterwards.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>
