Your mission

As an Office Manager, you’ll join Cobuilder’s People & Culture team, playing a key role in fostering our culture and values. You’ll excel in administrative and office management activities that support an effective, engaging work environment.
You will take care of our office space, support employee initiatives, and assist in organizing events and exciting projects. You’ll always keep the best interests of our internal stakeholders in mind and demonstrate a passion for people.

Job responsibilities:

Office Management:

  • Manage office supplies, vendors, and contracts.
  • Oversee office maintenance, repairs, and space optimization.
  • Coordinate and manage the ordering of office snacks, beverages, and other refreshments to ensure a welcoming and enjoyable environment for employees.
  • Handle and file documents and invoices.
  • Deliveries and couriers.

Employee Support:

  • Act as a point of contact for employees for general office-related inquiries and support
  • Support the People & Culture team during onboarding (new hire orientation, welcome kits, etc.).
  • Support the benefits administration (Multisport cards, vouchers, parking, etc.).
  • Support compliance with workplace safety regulations.
  • Ensure the office environment remains welcoming and well-organized.
  • Support internal communication (welcome emails, birthday emails, office-related communications).

Event and Travel Coordination:

  • Organize team events, celebrations, and meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and team-building activities.

Requirements for the role:

  • University degree
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational, communication, and planning skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and manage your workload independently.
  • Excellent computer literacy, MS Office, MS Outlook
  • Excellent command on English, both written and verbal
  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude
  • Positive can-do attitude to work.
