Finance Manager

Job responsibilities:

  • The finance business partner reports to the group CFO.
  • Manage and lead the finance team of 4 people.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly management reports.
  • Facilitate efficiency and consistency in reporting processes.
  • Oversee the preparation of separate and consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
  • Oversee the audit of the financial statements in Bulgaria and Norway.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data.
  • Support the CFO in the budgeting process.
  • Develop and implement internal policies.
  • Oversee the monthly payroll process.
  • Support the group CFO in ad hoc projects.

Requirements for the role:

  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong financial modeling skills.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy or Economics.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, ACCA, or CIMA will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Experience in IFRS reporting, specifically in consolidations and business combinations.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Solid understanding of financial reporting processes, including planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • A strong team player who thrives in cross-functional environments.
  • Proficiency with Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Power BI is an advantage.
  • Experience in handling mergers, and acquisitions, is an advantage.
