Job responsibilities:
- The finance business partner reports to the group CFO.
- Manage and lead the finance team of 4 people.
- Prepare and deliver monthly management reports.
- Facilitate efficiency and consistency in reporting processes.
- Oversee the preparation of separate and consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
- Oversee the audit of the financial statements in Bulgaria and Norway.
- Monitor and analyze financial data.
- Support the CFO in the budgeting process.
- Develop and implement internal policies.
- Oversee the monthly payroll process.
- Support the group CFO in ad hoc projects.
Requirements for the role:
- Fluent in English.
- Strong financial modeling skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy or Economics.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, ACCA, or CIMA will be considered a strong advantage.
- Experience in IFRS reporting, specifically in consolidations and business combinations.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Solid understanding of financial reporting processes, including planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- A strong team player who thrives in cross-functional environments.
- Proficiency with Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Power BI is an advantage.
- Experience in handling mergers, and acquisitions, is an advantage.
