Cobuilder and Boligmappa partner to simplify construction documentation
Cobuilder and Boligmappa have entered into a partnership that enables mutual customers to automatically transfer product information from Cobuilder’s platform directly into Boligmappa. This integration helps save time and ensures that end-users can easily access documentation for the installed products.
“The integration between Boligmappa and Cobuilder will streamline documentation processes and ensure that more and better product information is stored in Boligmappa,” says Eirik Vigeland, Marketing and Communications Director at Boligmappa.
With this collaboration, users of Cobuilder Collaborate can easily select which documents to send to Boligmappa on a project-by-project basis.
“We have a vast product database, providing a highly flexible and comprehensive data foundation for all stakeholders involved in construction projects. The transfer process is simple—just a quick export. Additionally, customers will have access to a log in Cobuilder’s system that tracks which products and documents have been transferred to each registered property or location,” explains Tora Westrum, Sales Executive at Cobuilder.
For contractors and trade professionals, this integration offers improved oversight of the products installed in specific projects.
“This will be highly valuable for upselling, service tasks, and warranty management,” Westrum adds, highlighting that the partnership also brings additional benefits to existing Cobuilder customers.
“Everything from user manuals and paint codes to declarations of conformity can be automatically transferred. This is particularly beneficial for trades such as plumbers, electricians, and painters,” says Westrum.
