In order to realize our vision we are looking for you to join our growing BA team based in Sofia.

Description and Requirements

Your responsibilities:

  • Elicit, analyze and document detailed business and system solution requirements using Agile methodology

  • Specify needed development (may include creation, modification or enhancement of our systems) using process modeling, user stories, mockups, etc

  • Maintain and update specifications

  • Perform change impact analysis based on intersystem dependencies and communicate them taking into consideration time, effort, and business priorities

  • Work with a team of developers and QAs during software development life cycle

Your qualifications:

  • University degree in technical or business field

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in business analysis and specification for software systems

  • Experience working with CRM/ERP/Data warehouse is an advantage

  • Knowledge of practices and tools for business analysis, diagrams, models, etc

  • Experience in Agile software development

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills

  • Good written and spoken English

  • Willingness to learn and develop your skills further in digitization in construction industry
